At Bridgnorth Veterinary Centre we believe in a proactive preventative approach to your pet’s healthcare. We know how important your pet’s health is to you and we want to help you keep them happy and healthy for longer. This is why we have designed our Pet Health Plans.
Our Pet Health Plan offers a simple, affordable way for you to protect your pet (and your family) against preventable diseases and discomfort, by making sure your pet’s vaccinations, parasite control and general health are all up to date.
Pet Health Plans are not pet insurance: They include regular things- like vaccinations, flea, worm and parasite treatments, health checks and advice in an easy, interest free low cost monthly payment plan- the things that pet insurance doesn’t cover plus you will receive exclusive 10% discounts on a whole range of additional products and services we offer.

How do I join?
The easiest way to join plan is via Petsapp. Please scan the QR code below to download the app. We can send you a link in the app or you can call us or come into the practice where a member of the reception team will take all your details, including your bank details so make sure you have them to hand.
Terms and Conditions
Please make yourself familiar with the benefits of your pets plan and ensure the contact details we have for sending reminders are kept up to date. We send reminders when treatment is due and an overdue reminder 14 days after.
It is your responsibility to collect treatments and book boosters when they are due. You can contact us if you need flea and worm treatment to be posted (a small postage fee will apply) Unfortunately, any missed treatments cannot be back dated or refunded.
The Pet Health Plan is a rolling 12-month subscription. If you cancel before the anniversary of joining the plan you will be required to pay the practice either the outstanding for the treatment received, or the monthly payments due until the anniversary of your plan.
